Kaya Yurieff is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Scalable, a media company focused on the business of the creator economy, alongside Jasmine Enberg. Kaya’s rigorous reporting and industry expertise help readers and listeners execute their business strategies and better understand the sector, with insights delivered through Scalable’s newsletter, podcast, research report and annual event.
She has spent more than a decade as a journalist on staff at media outlets including CNN and The Information. She was one of the first reporters to cover the creator economy as a full-time beat.
At The Information, Kaya launched the award-winning Creator Economy newsletter in April 2021, growing it to more than 100,000 subscribers and turning it into a must-read for people working in the industry. She has broken major news about the biggest social media platforms in the world, including TikTok, Meta Platforms, and YouTube, and has written extensively about the Creator Economy’s evolution.
Kaya makes regular media appearances, including on TV, podcasts, and industry panels. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from The George Washington University. Kaya is fluent in Polish and has a 70-pound giant schnauzer named Luna. After living in New York for 10 years, she's currently embracing the flexibility of being a creator, living between Europe and the US.

jasmine enberg

Jasmine Enberg is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Scalable, a media company focused on the business of the creator economy, alongside Kaya Yurieff. Jasmine helps translate complex industry trends into sharp, digestible insights, delivered via Scalable’s newsletter, podcast,research, and annual event. Her data-driven analysis and industry expertise help business leaders cut through the noise and navigate this fast-moving space.
Jasmine has spent more than a decade as an analyst and researcher, covering the business of social media, digital advertising, and the creator economy. At EMARKETER, she established the Creator Economy research desk and became one of the premier analysts in the space, helping businesses and Creators navigate the rapidly evolving ecosystem with data-driven analysis.
Jasmine is a sought-after on-air media commentator, making regular appearances on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, and the BBC. She is frequently cited in major publications, ranging from The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal, and is a regular guest on industry podcasts, webinars, and live events.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from New York University. Jasmine is a true "third culture kid," born in Finland and raised in the US, UK and Sweden. Her home base is now LA, where she started working from home well before it was a thing.
